All reservations are subject to availability, property-specific requirements, applicable stay restrictions, and successful completion of the booking and payment process.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until the booking has been successfully processed and a reservation confirmation has been issued.

The person making the reservation must provide accurate and complete information and is responsible for the reservation and the conduct of the guests included in the stay.

Property-specific terms, pricing, cancellation conditions, occupancy limits, and other applicable requirements may be presented during the booking process and form part of the reservation agreement.

Rates, fees, taxes, discounts, and total reservation costs are displayed during the booking process based on the property, dates, number of guests, and other applicable booking details.

Applicable charges may include accommodation charges, cleaning fees, processing fees, damage protection or similar fees, taxes, and other charges disclosed before the reservation is completed.

The final price presented for acceptance during checkout governs the reservation, subject to any authorized changes made after booking.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their applicable terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, property restrictions, and availability.

Payment requirements and the amount due at the time of booking are displayed during checkout.

Unless different payment terms are specifically presented for a reservation, payments will be collected according to the payment schedule associated with that booking.

Guests authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the reservation's disclosed payment schedule and for other amounts properly due under the reservation, subject to applicable law and the terms presented during booking.

Failure to complete a required payment may affect the reservation, including possible cancellation where permitted by the applicable reservation terms.

Payment information is processed through third-party payment technology and is not intended to be stored directly by Ravello in raw card form.

Cancellation and refund terms may vary by property, dates, rate, promotion, or reservation.

The cancellation terms applicable to a reservation will be presented during the booking process and/or included in the reservation confirmation.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation terms before completing a reservation.

Requests to change reservation dates, guest counts, or other booking details are subject to availability, applicable pricing, property restrictions, and approval. A change may result in a different reservation total.

Refunds, when applicable, will be handled according to the cancellation and refund terms associated with the reservation.

Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy stated for the property and provide accurate guest information when requested.

We work to keep property descriptions, photographs, amenities, availability, and other information accurate and current.

However, vacation rental properties may occasionally experience maintenance issues, amenity interruptions, replacement of furnishings, weather-related conditions, or other circumstances that can affect a stay.

Photographs are intended to represent the property but furnishings, décor, landscaping, and other non-material details may change over time.

If a significant issue affects a reservation, Ravello will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the guest and address the situation as appropriate.

Some Ravello properties may include swimming pools, spas, docks, waterfront access, bicycles, grills, recreational equipment, stairs, balconies, or other amenities that involve inherent risks.

Guests are responsible for exercising appropriate care and supervising children and other members of their party.

Amenities must be used only for their intended purposes and in accordance with any posted or property-specific instructions.

Availability, temperature, operating condition, or access to an amenity may occasionally be affected by maintenance, weather, utility conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances outside Ravello's reasonable control.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond ordinary wear and tear, subject to applicable reservation terms and law.

Guests may also be responsible for extraordinary cleaning, missing property, unauthorized occupancy, or other costs resulting from material violations of the reservation terms.

Any damage protection, waiver, deposit, or similar program associated with a reservation is governed by the specific terms applicable to that program and should not be interpreted as permission to intentionally or negligently damage a property.

Guests should promptly report accidental damage or significant property issues.

From time to time, maintenance, repairs, inspections, emergency services, or other property access may be necessary.

When reasonably possible, guests will be given notice before non-emergency access during an occupied stay.

Emergency situations or circumstances requiring immediate attention may require access without advance notice where permitted by law.

Ravello is not responsible for travel interruptions, airline disruptions, road conditions, weather events, beach conditions, red tide, utility interruptions, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation and refund eligibility arising from such circumstances remains subject to the terms applicable to the reservation and applicable law.

Guests are encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance based on their individual circumstances.

Ravello may use third-party technology and service providers to support reservations, payments, communications, maps, website functionality, and other aspects of our services.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

The Ravello name, branding, logos, website design, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Run My Property LLC, except for materials owned by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Ravello's trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials without authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ravello and Run My Property LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a rental property.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Information collected through the website and reservation process is handled as described in the Ravello Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date may be revised. The version applicable to a completed reservation remains subject to the terms associated with that reservation and applicable law.
